CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% cancellation fee will be collected if your appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you fail to show up to your appointment without letting us know you will be charged for the full service. If you are rescheduling or cancelling for any reason within the 48 hours you will no longer be able to do so online and will be required to call the salon or stylist.
